During his time after graduation, he worked for numerous energy corporations, making meaningful and important contributions. Some of the companies that he worked for include Cities Service Company, Hawkins Oil and Gas, SMR Energy Income Funds, Apache Corporation, and Sapient Energy Corp.
After making important business connections, creating long lasting and important friendships, and absorbing knowledge and wisdom of the energy industry, Charles Perrin of Tulsa founded his company, Rockford Energy Partners I, in 2002. He served as the CEO for three years, overseeing the economic growth and reach of the company. In 2005 Rockford Energy Partners I merged with a previous investor, Quantum Energy Partners, to create Rockford Energy Partners II, in 2005.
